Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in all aspects of restaurant service and operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth workflow * Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards * Clean and maintain cutleries, tables, and dining areas * Uphold brand standards and consistently deliver excellent guest experiences * Proactively engage with guests and ensure service satisfaction * Support colleagues to foster teamwork and continuous improvement * Contribute ideas and action plans for service enhancements

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in food & beverage service * Prior experience in Italian restaurants or similar dining concepts is an advantage * Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and initiative-driven attitude * Team player with a guest-focused mindset
