Description

As a HR & Payroll Officer, you will oversee all payroll responsibilities for approximately 800 employees. This includes creating new employee records and managing the employee database. Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd. EA License Number: 22C1267

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll and overtime. * Generate payroll reports for internal use and submission to relevant authorities. * Process government claims, including Employee Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, and in-camp Training. * Participate in regulatory surveys, audits, and system assessments. * Review and ensure payroll procedures comply with corporate governance controls. * Assist in preparing and reviewing the salary and allowances budget. * Manage leave administration processes. * Submit annual employee income reports to IRAS (IR8A & IR21). * Collaborate with Operations to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. * Participate in the implementation of new systems. * Support additional financial reporting functions and ad-hoc projects. * Manage employee data effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration. * Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and government claims processes. * Familiarity with corporate governance controls related to payroll. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
