Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure consistent and premium LEGO retail experiences across APAC. - Analyze retail performance and KPIs to identify commercial opportunities. - Support APAC partners in developing commercial plans and mutual growth. - Collaborate on marketing campaigns to enhance recruitment and retention. - Work with retail training to elevate customer experience and brand alignment. - Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive channel strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail management or commercial operations. - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. - Proven ability to implement global retail initiatives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Experience with B2B branded channels preferred. - Willingness to travel within APAC region. - Must have work authorization in Singapore (no relocation provided).
