Marketing Director

Description

This role is responsible for driving market growth and expanding business opportunities, with a particular focus on the Chinese market. The Marketing Director will play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and capitalize on potential growth opportunities. * Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the Chinese market. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and addressing client needs. * Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to optimize profitability. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales strategies. * Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. * Represent the company at industry events and conferences. * Work with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. * Monitor competitors, market conditions, and industry trends. * Coach and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in a senior sales or marketing leadership role, ideally with a focus on international markets, particularly China. * Demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth. * Strong understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to analyze data to identify opportunities. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners. * Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team. * Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of financial metrics and sales forecasting. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.
