Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare fresh ingredients, including washing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, fruits, and meats. * Execute various cooking techniques, such as steaming, boiling, frying, and deep-frying, to prepare food components. * Learn the art of crafting authentic ramen dishes. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including wiping down countertops and surfaces. * Accurately assemble and prepare customer orders. * Implement proper stock rotation and dating procedures to ensure freshness and quality. * Assist in ordering food supplies from vendors. * Manage inventory lists and maintain accurate stock levels. * Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment. * Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Prepare meals for staff. * Uphold high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene to represent the company positively. * Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as thorough training will be provided. * A minimum of a secondary education certificate or equivalent is required. * 1-2 years of relevant kitchen experience is preferred, but not mandatory. * No prior experience is also acceptable, as comprehensive training will be provided. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. * Must be independent, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable. * Ability to solve problems and think creatively to achieve desired results. * Capability to work efficiently under pressure. * A positive and friendly personality. * Strong work ethics, including integrity, teamwork, punctuality, and respect.
