As an Executive Assistant, your role is to provide full support to the CEO and oversee the organization’s office operations. Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide advanced calendar management for the CEO, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization. * Act as a liaison to support the CEO across all business functions. * Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to enhance the CEO’s effectiveness, including handling special projects, creating detailed reports, documents, and presentations. * Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all CEO-related matters, often handling sensitive or confidential information. * Work closely with the CEO to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring timely follow-up. * Maintain clear communication channels and act as a "gatekeeper" or "gateway," facilitating seamless interaction between the CEO and staff. * Review and help develop office policies and procedures to improve workflow, anticipating organizational needs as the company grows. * Carry out additional projects and tasks as needed to support organizational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. * Extensive experience in executive support, including C-level executive assistance. * Excellent command of spoken and written English. * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. * Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail. * Results-driven, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. * High level of professionalism in engaging with diverse groups, including board members, senior executives, staff, and partners. * Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making capabilities. * Maintains high integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. * Thorough knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
