Description

To provide excellent customer service, handle sales, assist in inventory, and maintain store operations in a fun, family-friendly environment. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist customers in selecting DIY products and tools, providing advice and demos - Process payments via POS system (cash, card, digital) - Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and create attractive displays - Answer customer inquiries professionally - Assist with inventory management and check deliveries - Collaborate with team to meet sales goals - Follow safety protocols for handling tools and materials - Open/close store and support DIY workshops as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education: GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; retail/customer service certifications a plus - Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail/customer service; DIY/hardware experience is a bonus - Skills: Good communication, fluent in English, basic math for transactions and inventory - Qualities: Customer-focused, energetic, able to stand/lift lightly for long periods - Availability: Must work weekends and public holidays

- Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (9 hours) - Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (10 hours) - Public Holidays: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (extra pay per MOM)
