Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee recruitment of store team members in collaboration with the HR department. - Maintain employee turnover and absenteeism within acceptable levels. - Set, monitor, and communicate store and individual KPIs with the team. - Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities. - Propose promotions, transfers, and training plans to enhance staff performance. - Ensure all new hires are properly trained and integrated into the team. - Drive sales growth through active floor management and customer engagement. - Communicate sales targets, promotional mechanics, and incentive structures clearly to the team. - Analyze store KPIs, sales reports, and competitor activities to propose actionable improvement plans. - Manage store profitability and monitor cost control, inventory, and P&L statements. - Cultivate strong customer relationships and manage feedback or complaints effectively. - Work closely with HQ CRM team to ensure smooth loyalty program implementation. - Maintain visual merchandising standards according to corporate guidelines. - Oversee stock control and inventory accuracy to minimize shrinkage. - Ensure compliance with company cash handling and shortage prevention procedures. - Enforce store audit, compliance, and operational standards consistently. - Support in brand initiatives, events, and launches to drive awareness and sales performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of retail management experience, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle sector. - Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in coaching and development. - Excellent communication, customer service, and analytical abilities. - Proven ability to manage sales performance, inventory, and visual merchandising. - Skilled in CRM, KPI tracking, and P&L management. - High energy, hands-on approach, and results-driven mindset. - Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours when required.
