We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie / Demi Chef to join a growing Italian restaurant group. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Pastry Chef in ensuring quality and timing of dessert items * Prepare and present pastry dishes with consistent flavor, texture, and portion standards * Use approved ingredients and follow recipes to maintain quality and consistency * Take ownership of assigned pastry station, ensuring cleanliness and readiness * Communicate improvements and address challenges within the section * Ensure all pastry items meet company quality and presentation standards

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or higher qualification in Pastry, Bakery, or related culinary field * 3–5 years of pastry experience in high-standard restaurants or hotels * Strong team player with leadership potential and interpersonal skills * Passionate, professional, and enthusiastic about pastry arts * Able to work weekends and public holidays * Immediate starters preferred
