- Prepare tea beverages and handle daily operational activities - Perform shop closing duties (for night shift staff) - Serve and attend to walk-in customers promptly - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas - Answer phone calls and manage delivery orders

Qualifications and Requirements

- Positive service attitude - Diligent and cooperative work ethic - Willingness to learn quickly and communicate effectively - Related catering or F&B experience preferred, but not required
