Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide insightful analysis and practical recommendations to guide business unit leaders in making effective strategic decisions. * Conduct in-depth analyses of strategic ideas and their underlying financial assumptions, offering viable solutions. * Support management operations by handling administrative and clerical tasks and coordinating with other departments to provide project support, thereby contributing to the organization's objectives and profit targets. * Contribute to the creation of policies and procedures designed to improve oversight and accountability across all departmental functions. * Communicate effectively, maintain strong organizational skills, and manage time efficiently to perform duties successfully in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Active involvement in strategic planning activities, including the creation and implementation of business initiatives. * Well-honed negotiation and presentation skills for clear and effective communication with various stakeholders. * Knowledge of audience engagement strategies and other business support functions. * Ability to identify and understand key stakeholder relationships, needs, and interests and coordinate with them on a regular basis. * Capacity to gather feedback from diverse sources and analyze and present the relative merits of different communication platforms. * Ability to develop and execute organizational business campaigns and enhance both campaign awareness and visibility.
