Responsibilities and Duties

*Support the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef during service to ensure dishes are prepared and delivered on time *Maintain consistent quality in taste, appearance, and portion control for all dishes from your section *Follow set recipes and ingredient specifications provided by the kitchen leadership team *Take ownership of your station’s cleanliness, readiness, and efficiency throughout service *Communicate with the team on any challenges or opportunities to improve processes within your assigned area *Ensure all dishes from your section meet company standards before they are served *Participate in the preparation, plating, and organization of ingredients within your section *Uphold food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

*2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, or professional kitchen environment *Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and good communication skills *Presentable appearance and strong attention to detail *Able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen *Motivated to grow and learn new culinary techniques *Passionate about food quality and creativity in cooking *Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Immediate starters preferred
