Description
This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strengthening HR's business partnering function, supporting organizational and regional HR leadership on projects related to Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and other HR operational areas. In this dynamic environment, the individual will be expected to leverage technology and embrace a change-oriented mindset in executing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Facilitate participation in compensation surveys and analyze competitive data to meet organizational needs. * Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management policies, programs, processes, and systems. This involves regular reviews based on the organization's total rewards philosophy, research, stakeholder input, and data analysis to ensure relevance and competitiveness against industry benchmarks. * Provide support for business partnering activities related to local and regional projects across various HR functions, with the aim of fostering a high-performance culture, including policy and program development and implementation. * Support communication efforts through various channels, such as emails, presentations, policies, and guidelines. * Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. * Five to eight years of experience as an HR Specialist or Business Partner, with at least three years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits. * Interest or knowledge in performance management and international mobility is advantageous. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other digital tools, including advanced proficiency in Excel. * Ability to independently create documentation and communications with minimal supervision. * Strong creative thinking skills to approach challenges with innovative solutions. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with sound business judgment. * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and across different functional areas to achieve organizational goals. * Strong organizational, team-building, and influencing skills.
