Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide insightful analysis and practical recommendations to influence sound strategic decisions by business unit leaders. * Conduct thorough analyses of strategic concepts and underlying financial assumptions, offering viable solutions. * Support management operations by performing administrative and clerical tasks and coordinating with other departments to provide project support, contributing to the organization's objectives and profitability targets. * Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance control and accountability across all departmental operations. * Effectively communicate, maintain strong organizational skills, and manage time efficiently to successfully perform duties in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Active involvement in the strategic planning process, including the creation and execution of business campaigns. * Well-developed negotiation and presentation skills for clear and effective communication. * Understanding of audience engagement principles and other business support functions. * Capacity to identify key stakeholder relationships, needs, and interests and coordinate with stakeholders regularly. * Ability to gather feedback from various sources and understand and articulate the strengths and weaknesses of different communication channels. * Ability to develop organizational business campaigns and enhance both campaign awareness and visibility.
