Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive business growth by researching market opportunities and implementing innovative service improvements. - Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to ensure service quality, smooth operations, and compliance with SOPs and company policies. - Conduct product training sessions and mentor sales promoters to improve skills and performance. - Oversee visual merchandising and ensure POP displays align with brand and department store standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted partner. - Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports to support management decisions. - Manage store inventory, stock movement, and event setup to maintain optimal stock levels. - Support day-to-day store operations, logistics, and retail events, including weekends if required. - Develop and implement sales strategies, lead monthly meetings, and collaborate with teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the retail or consumer goods industry. - Strong client relationship management, sales planning, and target achievement skills. - Creative, independent, and self-motivated with a positive and energetic attitude. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is advantageous. - Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays for events
