Retail Sales Specialist

Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting customers, identifying their product needs, and providing knowledgeable assistance. Key duties include managing inventory, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting sales and service. You will build strong customer relationships, handle online sales, and contribute to event planning. Additionally, you will assist with store maintenance, perform administrative duties, and carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager. This role requires a passion for customer service and a keen interest in new technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet customers and provide friendly customer service. Ask questions to determine the type of product a customer needs. Answer questions regarding available inventory. Manage inventory control. Learn details of all merchandise. Research new technologies to better address customer inquiries. Perform general store maintenance, cleaning, and administrative duties. Assist customers with product trials or demonstrations before purchase. Support customers with sales and service of products. Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle online sales requirements. Plan and host events. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

Preferred: At least 1 year of sales experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum of O-Level qualification or higher. Team-oriented with a positive, "Can Do!" attitude.

5.5 days per week including weekends and Public Holidays.
