Dapaidang Group is looking for a Cashier to join our team at our Chinese restaurant outlet in Plaza Singapura. The role requires handling cashiering duties, supporting operations, and delivering good customer service. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently * Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management * Manage restaurant reservations and bookings * Manage online delivery platform orders (Deliveroo, GrabFood, Foodpanda) * Assist with in-dining services and support waitstaff during peak hours * Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier area * Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve minor issues

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of cashiering experience, preferably in a full-service restaurant * Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills * Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese * Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays * High school diploma or equivalent qualification
