Retail Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties

- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Perform cash and credit card transactions using POS and Baggage Storage System (BSS) - Conduct opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliation - Provide bag wrapping service and upsell baggage services or products - Accept and issue baggage deposits according to SOP - Conduct bag searches in accordance with SOP and security standards - Maintain store cleanliness and visual image - Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Team player - Ability to converse in basic English - Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside) - Able to carry up to 25kg luggage - Singaporean only - Experience: 1 year

Working hours

6-day work week, Fixed shift: Morning 6:50am–3:10pm, Afternoon 2:40pm–11:00pm, Night 10:45pm–7:05am
