Sales Executive - Retail

Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth across key retail accounts, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility during promotional periods. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and consistently achieving sales targets. You will work closely with supermarket personnel to secure prime product display spaces, conduct market visits to track trends, and manage a team of merchandisers and promoters to maximize performance. Additionally, you will implement innovative strategies to penetrate new markets, promote new product launches, and address customer and outlet concerns. Your ability to analyze market dynamics, resolve issues, and collaborate with the team will be key in meeting company objectives and fostering long-term growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage sales growth of key retail accounts and monitor their performance. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Coordinate with supermarkets for optimal product display and rental during promotions. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. * Develop strategies to enhance product visibility and performance across various channels. * Conduct market visits to analyze trends and competitor activity. * Expand customer base through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach. * Oversee the performance of merchandisers and promoters. * Resolve customer and outlet issues promptly. * Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or FMCG industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. * A dynamic and self-motivated individual with strong multitasking abilities. * Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
