Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to manage all facets of human resources practices and processes. Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd. EA License Number: 22C1267

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. * Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and other issues. * Oversee the recruitment and selection process. * Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. * Design and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. * Foster a positive working environment. * Manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance. * Maintain compensation plans and benefits programs. * Evaluate training needs and implement training programs accordingly. * Report to management and provide decision-making support using HR metrics. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout human resource management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR Executive role. * People-oriented and results-driven. * Demonstrated experience with Human Resources metrics. * Familiarity with HR systems and databases. * Strong strategic thinking skills combined with effective leadership abilities. * Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the organization. * Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. * Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
