Description
We are seeking a motivated Demi Chef / Kitchen Crew to join a casual yakitori concept near Kent Ridge MRT. The role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities and Duties
* Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies * Prepare mise en place and assist in cooking dishes as directed by the chef * Cook menu items with precision and ensure consistency in quality and presentation * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with food safety regulations * Handle raw meat, chicken, and seafood properly * Manage inventory, support stock checks, and minimize daily food wastage * Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal dish development * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous experience as a commis, demi chef, or equivalent * Valid Food Hygiene Certificate * Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail * Singaporean, PR, or LTVP with Letter of Consent
