Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you will be key in delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and helping drive the overall success of our store.
Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide friendly, knowledgeable support. Address customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally. Inventory Management: Keep shelves organized and well-stocked. Assist in receiving and stocking new merchandise. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies. Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing the store. Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Follow company policies and procedures diligently. Community Engagement: Help coordinate community events and promotions to increase brand visibility. Encourage customer interaction through social media and in-store activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Basic understanding of retail operations and POS systems. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings. Proficient in both English and Mandarin. A passion for Trading Card Games and pop culture is a plus!
