MARKETING MANAGER

Description

This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, leading a sales team, analyzing market data, negotiating agreements, managing sales channels, networking within the industry, and providing regular sales reports to management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop sales strategies aligned with client segmentation, competitor analysis, and overall business objectives. * Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing effective business solutions. * Lead and motivate the sales team to generate leads and achieve sales targets. * Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify new sales opportunities. * Negotiate sales agreements and develop action plans to address client requests. * Manage sales channels and maintain databases of sales leads. * Participate in industry events to network with key stakeholders and build professional connections. * Plan and execute sales trips, sales calls, site visits, and client entertainment activities. * Monitor, collect, and analyze sales data, communicating relevant information to the sales team. * Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role, with a proven history of developing and implementing successful distribution strategies and campaigns. Experience within a comparable industry is preferred. * Thorough understanding of relevant distribution channels, market trends, and revenue management principles. * Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong sales and service orientation.
