Sales and Marketing Executive

Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations for both local and international customers, and coordinating deliveries with the logistics team. You will also be tasked with following up with buyers to ensure that listings are updated and tasks are completed. Additionally, you will be required to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, stress management, and strong analytical and communication skills. * Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations for local and overseas clients. * Coordinate deliveries with customers and the internal logistics team. * Follow up with buyers to ensure listings are updated and assigned tasks are completed. * List new item SKUs in supermarkets such as Fairprice, Giant, Prime, Sheng Siong, and pet shops. * Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possession of a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. * Experience managing listings for supermarkets like Fairprice, Sheng Siong, Prime, and pet shops is preferred. * 5-day work week. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
