Description

We are looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our culinary team as Demi Chef / Chef de Partie. You will be responsible for assisting with daily kitchen operations, upholding food quality and consistency, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and present a variety of pastries and desserts according to hotel recipes and quality standards * Support the Pastry Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including production and inventory management * Maintain cleanliness and organization in all pastry areas in accordance with hygiene regulations * Assist with the setup and presentation of à la carte and buffet-style desserts * Contribute to the development of new dessert items and seasonal offerings * Ensure adherence to hotel safety and security protocols * Work collaboratively with other kitchen and service team members * Uphold consistency in taste, portioning, and visual presentation of all pastry products * Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior chefs

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of pastry and bakery experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting * Certificate in Patisserie or equivalent qualification * Strong understanding of pastry fundamentals and food hygiene practices * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail, creativity in presentation, and strong work ethics
