Responsibilities and Duties

*Performance Management: You'll ensure your direct reports consistently meet and exceed performance expectations. *Team Guidance: Provide clear instructions and direction to team members, ensuring tasks are understood and completed efficiently. *Safety & Well-being: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for everyone on your shift. *Deadline Achievement: Drive your team to meet all deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks. *Time & Attendance: Accurately approve work hours and maintain meticulous attendance records. *Customer Service Excellence: Champion and ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at every level. *Performance Tracking: Measure key performance indicators for your direct reports. *Reporting: Maintain essential records and produce comprehensive reports for team performance reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements
