Description

We are seeking a Chef / Sous Chef to join an established Italian restaurant group with outlets in Duxton and Bedok. The role involves managing kitchen operations, preparing authentic Italian dishes, and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist the Outlet Chef in full kitchen operations * Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards * Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation * Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards * Manage stock, monitor freshness, and minimize wastage * Train and supervise junior staff, supporting skill development

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; candidates with less experience may start as Junior Chef * Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredient preparation * Ability to handle own station independently in a fast-paced kitchen * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork * 6-day work week; flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
