Responsibilities and Duties

・Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, creating a friendly atmosphere, and offering product recommendations tailored to their needs ・Developing a comprehensive understanding of our product range, industry trends, customization options, and sales techniques to deliver an outstanding customer experience ・Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently while actively pursuing sales targets and maximizing revenue ・Assisting customers with after-sales services such as repairs, returns, or exchanges ・Maintaining a clean, orderly, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking products, organizing shelves, and arranging displays ・Processing online orders, including responding to inquiries, handling pickups, and packing items for delivery ・Receiving and assisting with the transfer of incoming merchandise, inventory management, and stock counts ・Participating in talent development and training initiatives to enhance the team's knowledge and skills

Qualifications and Requirements

・Prior retail experience is required, preferably in the sale of bags, apparel, or luxury goods ・Experience with customer service exposure is also valuable

Working Condition

Working hours

・Rotating shift / must work on weekends and PH/ 7-8 days off a month

Other benefits

・Competitive compensation package ・Base salary ranging from S$2,500 to S$3,500, plus commissions and bonuses (estimated total compensation of S$3,000 to S$4,000) ・Higher salaries of up to S$3,500 may be available for individuals with supervisory experience or considered for future managerial roles ・14 days of annual leave ・Group insurance coverage ・Fixed transportation allowance of S$80 per month
