Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily store operations including Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) - Manage cash control, inventory, and shift operations - Supervise and develop a high-performance team - Plan and execute sales-building activities - Assist in recruitment, training, and marketing campaigns - Master budgeting, cost management, and inventory planning

Qualifications and Requirements

- Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec in any discipline - Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B or related management - High energy, resourcefulness, and passion for customer service - Strong leadership and team management skills - Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5-day work week)
