MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. You will collaborate with marketing professionals, internal teams, and external partners to identify market trends, create compelling marketing materials, and provide valuable support to both marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, clients, and partners to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. * Identify emerging marketing trends and identify opportunities for innovation. * Learn and utilize various software tools for digital marketing campaigns. * Work closely with both sales and marketing departments to achieve business objectives. * Create high-quality marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations. * Deliver presentations on marketing campaigns and initiatives. * Maintain and update the marketing database. * Provide administrative support to both marketing and sales teams. * Prepare, format, and edit a variety of documents. * Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and brand identity. * Perform general office duties as needed. * Create and interpret reports on marketing performance and campaign results. * Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback from surveys and other sources. * Update and maintain company social media accounts. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Prior experience as an administrative assistant, sales assistant, or marketing assistant is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in using computers for a variety of tasks. * Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Relevant job experience or internship experience in marketing. * Experience with digital marketing channels and tools. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
