Responsibilities and Duties

- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR, and Digital teams to design 360° retail strategies. - Maintain strong retailer relationships and negotiate business opportunities. - Ensure efficient retail organization and monitor Beauty Advisor productivity. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Beauty Advisors and store managers. - Coach, motivate, and develop regional and area managers for improved performance. - Define and execute omnichannel compensation and rewards aligned with brand strategy. - Monitor sales and operational KPIs to drive business growth and financial efficiency. - Supervise staff training, performance management, and team development. - Cultivate a strong service culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline preferred. - 5–7 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors. - Proven leadership and team development skills. - Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and meeting business goals. - Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and stock control. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
