Description

Cook all types of South Indian dishes including dosai, parota, idly, biriyani, vada, and bonda.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare idly and dosai batter. - Make Indian curries catering to the Tamilian community. - Prepare beverages such as tea and coffee. - Work efficiently in a team environment. - Quickly cut and prepare vegetables. - Maintain high-speed production while ensuring quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years experience as a South Indian Chef. - Prior experience working in various types of Indian restaurants.
