Description
This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including logistics coordination for materials and samples, inventory management, import/export support, customer service, market research, sales reporting, general administrative tasks, and various other duties crucial to supporting business operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Manage the dispatch of materials and samples and monitor inventory levels and shipments within the Asia Pacific region and Singapore. * Coordinate with import and export operations. * Respond to and address all office-related inquiries. * Conduct customer service activities, market surveys, and market research. * Support trading activities. * Prepare and update monthly sales targets, achievement reports, petty cash records, travel expense reports, and exhibition-related reports. * Maintain existing files and create new files as needed. * Manage incoming and outgoing mail and postal services. * Follow up on outstanding payments. * Handle various miscellaneous tasks, including trade show arrangements, preparing meeting minutes, and completing special assignments as required to support business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (especially Excel). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Prior experience in a related field (e.g., logistics, administration, sales support) is usually preferred.
