Description
The Human Resource Executive will assist with various HR functions including addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews. The role involves conducting employee orientations, managing work pass applications, and handling staff lodging issues. The HR Executive will also assist with training coordination, process HR claims, and provide administrative support for payroll preparation and CPF submissions. Additionally, they will contribute to the design and implementation of compensation and benefits schemes, HR policies, and systems, while performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies and regulations Maintain and update employee records in the HR database Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates Conduct orientation sessions for new employees Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations Handle staff lodging issues Process HR-related claims as necessary Schedule employees for WSQ Food Hygiene Course and other training workshops Provide administrative support for payroll preparation and CPF e-submission Assist in reviewing and implementing compensation & benefits schemes, HR policies, and systems Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and work pass processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Familiarity with HRMS systems is a plus
