As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be key in driving the brand’s growth across various markets and regions. Responsibilities and Duties

* Interact with customers to promote and sell sneakers, apparel, and trading cards (e.g., Pokémon and One Piece cards). * Manage cashier operations, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly and accurately. * Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations. * Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store. * Oversee inventory management, including stock control and organization. * Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory. * Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fashion/apparel sales. * Experience working with luxury brands. * Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. * A strong team player who is personable, service-oriented, and self-motivated. * Eager to stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends. * Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
