Marketing Manager

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to achieve our marketing goals. You will oversee various marketing channels, manage marketing materials, and plan and execute events to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention goals. * Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. * Create and manage a variety of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. * Plan, organize, and execute events of various sizes, including trade shows, conferences, and workshops. * Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful events. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, partners, and customers, to deliver a seamless event experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. * At least 5 years of relevant marketing work experience. Experience in the defense and security industry is a plus. * Some engineering background or familiarity with technical concepts would be advantageous. * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Willingness to travel overseas for work-related events is preferred. * Highly organized and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
