Senior Human Resources Executive

Description

The Senior Human Resources Executive is a key contributor to the effective management of the organization's workforce, overseeing a range of HR functions to ensure optimal human capital management. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy development, and compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the recruitment and staffing process, from creating job postings and screening applications to conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates. * Act as a point of contact between management and employees, addressing workplace concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters. * Oversee performance management systems, providing feedback to employees and implementing development plans to enhance individual and team performance. * Identify training and development needs, organize professional development programs, and facilitate ongoing learning opportunities for employees. * Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation structures to maintain market competitiveness and internal pay equity. * Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational goals. * Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations, staying informed about changes in legislation.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Several years of experience in HR, with a focus on senior or managerial-level responsibilities. * Comprehensive understanding of relevant labor laws and HR best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
