We're looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our service team, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and well-cared for. Responsibilities and Duties

* Warmly greet and guide guests to their tables, making them feel instantly comfortable. * Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about our offerings. * Take accurate and detailed food and drink orders, relaying them effectively to the kitchen or bar. * Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our standards. * Handle special requests or dietary needs with sensitivity and attention. * Prepare tables with appropriate settings before guests arrive. * Efficiently clear and clean tables after guests depart. * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining space at all times. * Present bills and handle payments (cash, card, etc.) with accuracy and professionalism. * Provide accurate change and receipts. * Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order preparation and delivery. * Assist fellow team members during busy periods. * Communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, and management for seamless operations. * Address customer concerns or complaints with courtesy and efficiency. * Report any unresolved issues to supervisors. * Note customer preferences to enhance future visits. * Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. * Inform guests of daily specials, promotions, and new menu items. * Suggest complementary items, such as desserts or drink pairings. * Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain personal hygiene and wear a clean uniform. * Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions. * Manage multiple tables efficiently, ensuring timely service. * Prioritize tasks based on customer needs and service flow. * Stay organized during peak hours to prevent delays. * Assist with opening or closing tasks. * Replenish dining supplies. * Participate in staff meetings and training.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * A positive and friendly attitude. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Willingness to learn and adapt. * Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment is a plus.
