Responsibilities and Duties

* Operational & Financial Management: Achieve operational and financial objectives by implementing standards, resolving problems, and analyzing trends. Prepare and manage the annual budget, control costs, and analyze variances. * Human Resources: Accomplish HR objectives by recruiting, training, scheduling, and disciplining employees. * Menu & Quality Control: Collaborate with chefs to plan and adjust menus, estimate food costs and profits, and ensure high-quality preparation. * Marketing & Promotions: Publicize the restaurant by designing advertisements, coordinating with media, and encouraging local businesses to hold events. * Environment & Compliance: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with all legal regulations. * Ambiance Management: Control the overall ambiance by managing lighting, music, and the quality and placement of dinnerware and utensils. * Professional Development: Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a management role within the F&B or hospitality industry. * Strong background in Customer Service, General Management, and financial control. * Experience with events and promotions is a plus. * Proven ability to manage and motivate staff to achieve high performance. * Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
