The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting and managing data in the company's database and spreadsheets. This includes reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data before submission, ensuring high-quality standards. The role also involves maintaining organized records for easy access and efficient reporting. Additionally, the Data Entry Clerk will assist with various administrative tasks as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities and Duties
* Accurately input, update, and manage data within the company’s database and spreadsheets, ensuring the integrity of information across systems. * Review and verify all data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final submission to prevent errors or discrepancies. * Maintain well-organized records, ensuring data is easily accessible for reporting, audits, and other organizational needs. * Provide support with various administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and coordinating information across departments, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Regularly monitor and update data to ensure it remains current and aligned with the company’s requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to efficiently manage data, documents, and communications. * Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks. * Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles within a legal firm is an advantage, providing familiarity with legal documentation, confidentiality requirements, and office protocols.
