Hadasity's heartbeat is to lift up women and children in impoverished nations by being a forerunner in seeing art, fashion and craftsmanship come together to bless and channel funds towards those on the front lines, fighting injustice and rescuing women and children. We do this by designing and co-creating with organizations all over the world, that are on the ground rescuing women and children from human trafficking and being exploited due to poverty in their nations. These organizations also fight human trafficking preventively by providing employment and skills training at high risk areas. Through the products we dream up and bring to you, we hope to provide a sustainable livelihood for these rescued women who need time to heal and provide for their families as they have come out of an undesirable and abusive trade. We hope to share their stories of tears and joy in this journey and give voice to those that are more often than not, unseen and unheard. We also want to champion today's women by interviewing our community, one story at a time. Be it being a mother, entrepreneur, teacher, homemaker etc, we want to invite your hearts to knit together and build a community of women, encouraging women. Through our Jewelry and other products we design and co-create, we hope to help you give your loved ones gifts with messages of encouragement, hope, and express your heart and joy for the people that mean something to you.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Customer Service: • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. • Assist customers in finding products and providing product recommendations based on their needs. • Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service. 2. Sales Generation: • Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales. • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers. • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management. 3. Product Knowledge: • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing. • Educate customers on product specifications and usage. • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed. 4. Store Maintenance: • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. • Merchandise products on shelves and displays according to company guidelines. • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register operations and security protocols. 5. Team Collaboration: • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives. • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns. • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
