Description

We are seeking a Sous Chef for a Chinese cuisine kitchen at a major Singapore attraction. The role involves assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, preparing food according to recipes, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality food service. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist the Executive Chef and management team in delivering high-quality food and service. * Participate in menu creation and planning. * Prepare food according to established recipes. * Maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen and food storage areas. * Ensure adequate ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials are available by managing orders and processing invoices. * Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a related culinary role. * Knowledge of Chinese cuisine. * Basic food hygiene certification. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with email and MS Office.
