Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to final presentation. *Develop new and exciting recipes that reflect the restaurant’s style and culinary direction. *Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met and maintained. *Hire, train, manage, and if needed, let go of kitchen staff to build a strong and efficient team. *Monitor food production and quality to ensure each dish meets the highest standard. *Organize the kitchen workflow to ensure timely and coordinated service. *Plan menus based on ingredient availability, seasonality, and customer preferences. *Handle scheduling, delegation of tasks, and staff supervision to maximize productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements
