We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastry Assistant to support daily pastry production at our artisan bakery. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals passionate about baking and eager to grow alongside a dynamic culinary team. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients for daily pastry production * Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently * Assist in baking, decorating, and finishing desserts and pastries * Ensure workstation is clean, sanitized, and organized at all times * Monitor stock levels and support inventory management * Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or management

Qualifications and Requirements

* Passion for baking and learning new pastry techniques * Strong attention to detail and creativity * Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn * Retirees and LTVP holders are welcome to apply
