Description

The Service Crew supports the Restaurant Manager and team in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

・Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to create a positive dining experience. ・Accurately take customer orders using the ordering system and serve food and beverages promptly. ・Clear tables efficiently to prepare for the next customers and maintain a tidy dining area. ・Operate the cashier to process payments correctly and handle transactions with accuracy. ・Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries and feedback to enhance satisfaction. ・Follow Operational SOPs consistently to support smooth restaurant operations. ・Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant in accordance with SFA hygiene and safety regulations. ・Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding menu recommendations and service feedback. ・Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

・Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred. ・Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. ・Positive work attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service. ・Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. ・Energetic, cheerful personality with a willingness to contribute to a lively team environment.
