Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and sourcing premium ingredients * Prepare and cook Italian dishes with consistency in taste and presentation * Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff during service * Ensure kitchen cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards * Monitor stock, manage inventory, and control wastage * Handle kitchen operations during assigned shifts and resolve service-related issues * Contribute to brand standards, customer feedback, and menu improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably Italian cuisine * Culinary certification or diploma preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and hygiene regulations * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
