Description
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing general office tasks and administrative duties, including organizing schedules, entering data, maintaining office equipment, and other related responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe, with strong computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful, with the ability to effectively browse websites for information. Strong time-management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing work. Handle documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and filing. Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects while assigning new tasks to internal departments. Review new leads and opportunities through GeBiz. Prepare and submit pitches and tenders. Eagerness to learn new software, systems, and online platforms. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information. Provide general administrative support to relevant internal departments. Manage data entry and maintain accurate records. Liaise with vendors and clients as required. Handle ad-hoc or miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful with the ability to research and navigate websites effectively. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Experience in handling administrative documents, including DO, PO, and invoices. Ability to coordinate and monitor multiple projects, with attention to detail. Familiarity with GeBiz for checking leads and opportunities is a plus. Willingness to learn new software, systems, and online platforms. Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion in handling company information. Ability to provide general administrative support to various internal departments. Experience with data entry and record keeping. Good interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and clients. Flexibility to perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
