Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Retail Receptionist to handle phone and walk-in inquiries, assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, and manage appointment scheduling. As the face of the company, you will engage with both existing and potential customers, sharing information about our treatments and services. You will also be responsible for ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager. If you are customer-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage phone and walk-in inquiries. Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring efficient operations and scheduling appointments. Serve as the company’s representative, engaging with both existing and potential customers. Inform customers about the benefits of our clinic’s treatments and services. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the retail, TCM, or wellness industry. Proficient in both English and Mandarin (as TCM prescriptions are issued in Mandarin, fluency is required). Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and addressing customers’ healthcare concerns. A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
