Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-groomed Supervisor to join our team. This role combines product education, customer consultation, sales, and hands-on treatment services. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and hair care, has strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys engaging with customers both in-store and on-ground.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Participate in program development, planning, and management, including on-ground marketing activities. *Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques. *Develop and maintain training schedules, training modules, and presentation materials. *Assist customers in identifying products and services suited to their needs through in-person consultations. *Perform sales of premium hair care products and hair/scalp treatment services. *Provide professional hair care treatment services in accordance with company standards. *Attend to and resolve customer feedback, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field (beauty, hair care, or retail). *Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and presentation skills. *Energetic, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. *A team player with the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues. *Well-groomed, pleasant, and passionate about hair and beauty care. *Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM).
