Responsibilities and Duties

* Operational Management: Ensure daily operations run smoothly, consistently delivering the highest quality of service and efficiency. * Guest Relations: Actively respond to and resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure complete customer satisfaction. * Team Leadership: Train new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support the personal and professional development of the team. * Quality & Standards: Monitor staff grooming and hygiene standards, and ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and compliant with SFA standards. * Financial & Inventory: Collaborate with management on supply ordering, cost management, and staffing needs to optimize floor efficiency. * Business Growth: Assist in the company’s expansion plans and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a management or supervisory role. * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both staff and guests. * A proactive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to teamwork. * Proven experience in supervisory, restaurant management, customer service, and general management is preferred. * Display integrity, initiative, and a proactive approach to challenges.
